I was very lucky to run into Michael's services while using a content creation platform a few years back. Michael's work was so well received by our audience of IT people that we made sure we would continue to use his services after we broke up with the content creation platform that had initially hired him for us. The reason Mike's work resonates so well with IT people is that he is one of them. He speaks for many of us in the IT space and isn't afraid to be bold and controversial with his content. Some may find that a hard pill to swallow, but I don't see it that way. He is down to earth and that's why IT personas flock to his content. He is the true voice of IT and techies everywhere--No bullshit. I hope to work with Mike on content for a very long time. I highly recommend what he brings to the table as a writer and technologist.
